About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide patient support via calls and emails, answering questions about the latest diabetes treatment technologies.

Required profile

• Graduated and experienced nurse (mandatory).
• Fluent French (C2) and intermediate English (minimum B2).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Analytical, problem‑solving mindset with high attention to detail.
• High‑speed internet and suitable remote‑work environment.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal; willing to relocate if not already local.
