Telehealth Doctor – Primary & Urgent Care

About the role

Doctorsa is seeking licensed physicians to provide fast, affordable primary and urgent care to international travelers via its telehealth platform. You will diagnose and treat common conditions such as UTIs, minor infections, and provide prescriptions and fit‑to‑fly certificates, all from the comfort of your own workspace.

Key responsibilities

• Receive patient consultation requests through the Doctorsa Pro app and decide to accept or decline each case.
• Conduct video consultations, or in‑person visits when required, delivering evidence‑based medical advice and treatment.
• Issue private electronic prescriptions valid across all Portuguese pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with Portuguese medical regulations.
• Set and manage your own consultation fees, with patients paying upfront.

Required profile

• Active, unrestricted registration with the Portuguese Medical Association (Ordem dos Médicos).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a private setting.
• Curiosity about different cultures and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using telemedicine platforms for video consultations.
• Knowledge of electronic prescription systems accepted in Portugal.
