French Customer Support Specialist – On‑Site in Porto

About the role

We are expanding our customer experience team in Porto and are looking for French‑speaking professionals to provide high‑quality support for global telecom products. The position is fully on‑site, with a stable schedule from Monday to Saturday, 07:00‑19:00.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails and live‑chat requests from French‑speaking customers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to telecom subscriptions, connectivity and billing.
• Accurately record all interactions, complaints and resolutions in the internal CRM system.
• Meet daily performance metrics and quality standards.

Required profile

• Native or C2‑level proficiency in French and fluent English.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, call centre or a similar client‑facing role.
• Residency within 30 km of Porto and valid EU citizenship or Portuguese residence permit.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts Monday‑Saturday.

Required skills

• Strong computer literacy and data‑entry ability.
• Experience with CRM and ticketing software.
