French Customer Support Agent – Lisbon (Urgent)

About the role

We are launching three new French‑language customer support projects in Lisbon. As a French Customer Support Agent you will join one of the projects, handling inbound queries from French‑speaking customers and delivering high‑quality assistance. The positions start on different dates (as soon as possible, 12 June, or 19 June) and offer daytime or rotating shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in French.
• Identify issues, provide accurate information and resolve problems according to company guidelines.
• Document interactions in the CRM system and follow up when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Native French speaker or C1 level proficiency.
• Good command of English.
• EU passport.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
• No prior experience required.

Required skills

• Fluent French (native/C1).
• Proficient English.
