Junior Player Support Representative

About the role

Miniclip is seeking a player‑first Junior Support Representative who treats every interaction as a source of insight. You will act as the internal voice of our players, spotting trends, anticipating issues, and helping to build a more empathetic, scalable support experience through automation, AI, and process optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle player inquiries on accounts, purchases, gameplay and technical issues with empathy and clarity.
• Analyse ticket data to identify recurring patterns, root causes and actionable insights for Product, QA and Marketing.
• Proactively raise emerging issues based on early signals such as release notes, sentiment shifts or ticket spikes.
• Evaluate and use AI‑assisted tools (response suggestions, auto‑tagging, sentiment analysis) to improve workflow.
• Identify, prototype and pitch automation or AI opportunities that reduce friction for players and agents.
• Participate in retrospectives, test new tools, and provide structured feedback to Support Operations.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of customer‑facing experience, preferably in a tech or digital environment.
• Hands‑on experience with automations, triggers, macros or workflow rules in a support, CRM or no‑code tool.
• Practical use of AI‑assisted tools in daily work.
• Analytical curiosity and ability to back suggestions with data.
• Strong written and spoken English with cross‑cultural communication skills.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
