Financial Planning & Analysis Business Partner – Controller

About the role

Natixis Portugal is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Business Partner – Controller to support its performance team. You will work closely with business units, finance managers and senior leadership to monitor financial results, drive KPI visibility and ensure accurate budgeting and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor financial performance and critical KPIs across the organization.
• Coordinate budget and business review cycles, gathering inputs from managers and ensuring timely delivery.
• Prepare and deliver regular reporting, ad‑hoc analyses and presentations for specific projects.
• Support invoicing, accounts‑receivable monitoring and follow‑up with customers.
• Analyze P&L statements, identify cost variances and recommend adjustments.
• Maintain headcount, FTE and mandays forecasts versus actuals.
• Respond to audit and compliance requests, ensuring data quality in HR, accounting and procurement master data.
• Utilise SAP (4H) for invoicing and reporting, and develop process documentation.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Management, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with P&L structures, cost centers and budgeting.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (mandatory).
• Proficiency with SAP 4H for invoicing and reporting.
