Graduate Finance & Strategy Manager (Modelling) Programme 2027

About the role

Join Revolut’s 12‑month Graduate Programme as a Finance & Strategy Manager focused on modelling. You will work with senior stakeholders to turn complex data into clear financial insights, supporting forecasting and strategic decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation of financial forecasts used by senior stakeholders.
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Design, build and maintain financial models for planning, forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Work with historical data and business metrics to ensure accurate and insightful forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data and validate assumptions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in finance, strategy and data analysis.
• Willingness to relocate to one of Revolut’s tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain or the UAE.
• Ability to work on‑site three days a week and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
