Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Financial Controller to join our team in Cacém/Sintra. The role focuses on optimizing resources, reducing costs, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies for resource optimisation and cost reduction.
• Develop performance analyses, dashboards and management reports.
• Participate in financial and business development projects.
• Manage operational and treasury control, including invoice and payment monitoring.
• Support and execute financial information requests.
• Assist in monitoring tax legislation compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent analytical abilities, sense of responsibility and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently, learn quickly and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of Accounting principles.
• Understanding of Finance concepts.
• English language proficiency.
