Nimber is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join a fast‑growing tech consulting team. You will be responsible for finding, attracting and engaging top technology talent across a wide range of profiles, from developers to cybersecurity specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business and delivery teams to understand hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates for technical and functional roles.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align expectations and timelines.
• Maintain urgency while preserving recruitment quality and consistency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High sense of urgency, organization, persistence and resilience.
• Enjoys working with people, technology and meeting tight deadlines.
