About the role

Andaz Lisbon, a luxury lifestyle hotel in the heart of the city, is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to deliver personalized, high‑quality service that reflects the Andaz spirit and creates memorable dining experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties for your station and ensure all service tools are in excellent condition.
• Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and guide them throughout the dining experience, anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor dining areas for safety, organization, and guest well‑being during lunch and dinner services.
• Answer phone calls with proper etiquette and maintain a polished, professional appearance in line with brand standards.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and professional presentation.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to personalize service.
• Ability to stay calm and courteous under pressure.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of wines and gastronomy (preferred).
• Team‑oriented mindset with good time‑management skills.
