Director, Global Talent Acquisition and Management

About the role

This is a strategic leadership position for an experienced talent professional who will shape global talent acquisition and management across a mission‑driven organization. The role is fully remote, allowing you to influence hiring, development, and retention worldwide while partnering closely with executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational values and objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for multiple regions, ensuring an efficient candidate experience.
• Define recruitment roles, responsibilities, and best practices; train hiring managers and HR teams.
• Manage recruitment for key and executive‑level positions, delivering high‑quality talent solutions.
• Continuously improve talent acquisition tools, methodologies, and employer branding initiatives.
• Support workforce planning, compensation structures, succession planning, and high‑potential talent programs.
• Evaluate and enhance performance management frameworks and learning & development initiatives.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to build HR analytics and reporting dashboards.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and change‑management efforts for new talent programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive senior‑level experience in global talent acquisition and talent management.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong track record of building high‑performing, diverse teams.
