Digital Sales Representative – French Speaker (Oeiras)

About the role

As a Digital Sales Representative you will manage existing French, Belgian and Spanish client accounts, using digital and remote sales techniques to increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and overall company revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Daily follow‑up of French, Belgian and Spanish clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare commercial proposals in Word (French, English or Spanish).
• Identify and execute cross‑selling and upselling opportunities within managed accounts.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other sales tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, helpdesk and finance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Higher Technician or Bachelor’s degree in commercial management, sales or a related field.
• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or SaaS environments.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in French (written and spoken); English and Spanish are a plus.
• Result‑oriented, able to manage stress in demanding sales cycles, with strong communication, negotiation, autonomy and teamwork.
