Digital Sales Representative – French Speaker (Oeiras)

About the role

As a Digital Sales Representative you will manage an existing portfolio of French‑, Belgian‑ and Spanish‑speaking customers, using digital channels and remote sales techniques to drive cross‑selling and upselling. Your main objective is to increase the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of the accounts while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Daily follow‑up with French, Belgian and Spanish clients to maintain strong relationships.
• Prepare commercial proposals in French, English or Spanish using Microsoft Word.
• Identify and execute cross‑selling and upselling opportunities within managed accounts.
• Keep the CRM (Salesforce) and related tools up to date.
• Collaborate with marketing, help‑desk and finance teams to guarantee seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Higher Technician or Bachelor’s degree in commercial management, sales or a related field.
• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or SaaS environments.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in French (written and spoken); English and Spanish are a plus.
• Result‑oriented, resilient under pressure, with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
