Digital Sales Representative – French Speaker (Oeiras)

About the role

Generix Group is looking for a Digital Sales Representative who will manage an existing portfolio of French‑speaking customers across France, Belgium and Spain. Working remotely and from the Oeiras office, you will use digital channels to drive cross‑selling and upselling, increasing the Annual Recurring Revenue of the accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Daily follow‑up with French, Belgian and Spanish clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare commercial proposals in Word (French, English or Spanish).
• Identify and execute cross‑selling and upselling opportunities within managed accounts.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other sales tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, help‑desk and finance teams to guarantee a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Higher Technician or Bachelor’s degree in commercial management, sales or a related field.
• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or SaaS.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in French (written and spoken); English and Spanish are a plus.
• Results‑driven, resilient under pressure and able to work autonomously while contributing to a team.
