Cyber Security Specialist

About the role

Act Digital is seeking a Cyber Security Specialist to strengthen its security posture across multinational operations. The role focuses on governance, risk, compliance, and data protection while supporting teams in preventing and responding to cyber threats.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor cybersecurity policies and controls.
• Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity risks.
• Monitor vulnerabilities, threats, and potential data breaches across endpoints, email, and access points.
• Investigate security incidents and suspicious activities.
• Lead incident response and remediation actions.
• Contribute to risk mitigation strategies and continuous security improvement.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices across projects.
• Support development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Required skills

• Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) frameworks.
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.
• Incident response, threat monitoring, and vulnerability management.
• Risk assessment and mitigation methodologies.
• Disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Knowledge of ISO 27000, ISO 31000, ISO 22000 standards.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, COBIT, NIS2.
