Cyber Security Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to join our global cybersecurity competency center. You will protect application ecosystems by driving advanced vulnerability management and embedding secure development practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, operate, and maintain code analysis and dependency security solutions.
• Implement and continuously improve SDLC security processes.
• Run and manage security scans (SAST, SCA, DAST/WAS) and evaluate identified vulnerabilities.
• Partner with development teams to prioritize, remediate, and track security risks.
• Contribute to application security controls, compliance monitoring, and reporting on security posture.
• Participate in AppSec community initiatives, sharing best practices and secure‑coding guidance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in vulnerability management or IT security risk.
• Strong analytical mindset with a client‑oriented approach.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Full professional proficiency in English; basic French is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with application security tools such as Qualys, Fortify, Nexus IQ, Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of OWASP Top 10 and application security principles.
• Ability to automate security processes using Python scripting.
• Knowledge of programming languages and web technologies (Java, Angular, REST APIs).
• Familiarity with security scanning types: SAST, SCA, DAST/WAS.
