Customer Success Manager (French Speaker)

About the role

Generix is seeking a Customer Success Manager who is fluent in French to manage strategic client relationships for its collaborative supply‑chain SaaS platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers derive maximum value from the solution and supporting their journey from implementation through ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic accounts, drive product adoption, and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and lead service review meetings, presenting incident reports, root‑cause analyses, and usage metrics.
• Identify commercial opportunities, assist with needs analysis, and coordinate complementary quotations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to deliver measurable value and ensure high satisfaction.
• Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with stakeholders from operational users to C‑level executives.
• Represent customer needs internally, influencing product roadmap and service improvements.
• Manage contract lifecycle, renewals, and key negotiations.
• Handle escalations and drive continuous improvement plans.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English.
• Proven experience managing strategic SaaS accounts or customer success functions.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to analyze customer data and translate insights into actionable plans.
