Customer Service Specialist – Hybrid (Lisbon/Braga)

About the role

As a Customer Service Specialist at Nestlé Business Solutions, you will be the first point of contact for our customers across multiple channels. You will work in a hybrid model, spending two days per week in the office while supporting both B2C and B2B interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers via voice, email and chat, identifying needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Advise customers on Nestlé’s product and service portfolio, highlighting benefits and encouraging informed decisions.
• Prioritize first‑contact resolution to improve overall customer experience.
• Handle complaints with empathy, turning feedback into service improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in customer‑engagement services.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong multitasking, organizational and prioritization skills.
• Positive mindset, eagerness to learn and collaborate as a team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
