Customer Representative and Sales (French-speaking) – Remote

About the role

Join a global technology and services leader as a French‑speaking Customer Representative and Sales professional. Working remotely from Portugal, you will guide guests through the entire cruise journey, from initial booking to post‑cruise follow‑up, while driving sales of cruise packages and onboard experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to customers and travel agents throughout the booking, modification, cancellation and post‑cruise phases.
• Promote cruise itineraries, ships, excursions, drink packages and other add‑on services to new and existing clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored cruise options, upgrades and loyalty programmes.
• Maintain strong relationships with travel agents to encourage repeat business.
• Resolve inquiries proactively, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (C1 level) with strong written and spoken skills; good command of English.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, travel or tourism; cruise experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and possessing solid computer literacy.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
