Customer Orders & Production Planner (Maternity Cover)

About the role

Join Bosch Car Multimedia in Braga as a Customer Orders and Production Planner covering a maternity leave. You will be responsible for aligning production activities with sales forecasts and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and negotiate production planning activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive production plan aligned with annual sales forecasts and business objectives.
• Manage production leveling, monitor KPIs and drive efficiency.
• Oversee customer shipments, identify bottlenecks and guarantee delivery targets.
• Participate in industrialisation projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with production processes, quality tools and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); German is a plus.
• Proactive problem‑solver comfortable in a dynamic, collaborative environment and willing to travel as needed.
