About the role
We are seeking a senior Creative Strategist to lead performance‑driven creative work for paid acquisition campaigns. This part‑time freelance role is fully remote, focused on Meta platforms and other digital channels, and aims to boost customer acquisition and revenue for DTC/B2C brands.
Key responsibilities
- Own and shape creative strategy for paid media, especially Meta, to maximize conversions.
- Develop hooks, messaging angles, ad concepts and testing frameworks.
- Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, CVR, ROAS) to identify winning creative approaches.
- Build and manage structured creative testing roadmaps for continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, editors and media buyers to produce high‑performing ads.
- Evaluate campaign results, extract insights and scale top‑performing creatives.
Required profile
- Senior‑level experience in performance creative strategy, direct‑response marketing or conversion‑focused copywriting.
- Strong background in paid media environments, particularly Meta; experience with TikTok or YouTube is a plus.
- Proven track record creating high‑converting ad creatives for DTC/B2C brands.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote setting and align with European working hours.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
