Corporate Finance & FP&A Analyst – Corporate Development

About the role

Join novobanco’s Corporate Development team as a Corporate Finance & FP&A Analyst. You will support the Group’s strategic agenda by building robust financial models, driving budgeting and forecasting processes, and contributing to high‑impact corporate finance projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and validate financial models, business cases and forward‑looking projections.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles, monitor performance and conduct variance analysis.
• Produce executive‑level financial reports and presentations that synthesize complex data into clear stories.
• Participate in corporate finance initiatives such as valuations, restructurings, asset integrations and divestments.
• Lead and coordinate specific project workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality outputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Management Control or financial consulting.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong autonomous work style with excellent organization and prioritisation.
• Proven project‑management capabilities and stakeholder‑engagement experience.
• Analytical mindset, critical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
