Client Advisor – Temporary Support

About the role

As a Client Advisor you will act as the brand’s ambassador, delivering a unique in‑store experience that builds customer loyalty and drives sales. This temporary support position focuses on fostering strong relationships with shoppers and guiding them through the brand’s world.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an excellent in‑store experience at all times.
• Develop and maintain client relationships using a personalized approach, CRM, and digital tools.
• Proactively cross‑sell across departments to meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay up‑to‑date with fashion trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints effectively, escalating to the line manager when needed.
• Maintain high standards of shop‑floor presentation, visual displays, and stock procedures.
• Contribute to store security and help prevent product theft.

Required profile

• Passion for human relations, sales, and luxury/fashion environments.
• Proven experience building long‑lasting client relationships.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent spoken English.
