Chief Operating Officer (COO)

About the role

UltaHost, a global web hosting provider with a fully remote team, is seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer to steer daily operations and scale the business worldwide. The COO will translate strategic goals into operational excellence and build high‑performance processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimize day‑to‑day operations across all departments.
• Ensure effective cross‑functional collaboration between HR, Customer Experience, Technical Operations, and Finance.
• Define, monitor, and report operational KPIs and performance metrics.
• Convert company strategy into actionable operational plans.
• Drive organizational growth and scalability of services.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Partner with executive leadership to achieve business objectives.
• Foster a high‑performance operational culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 + years of executive‑level experience in cloud computing, SaaS, hosting, infrastructure, or related technology industries.
• Proven track record as a COO, Operations Director, or similar senior leadership role.
• Strong leadership, people‑management, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Data‑driven decision‑making mindset and excellent English communication skills.
