Business Manager

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Business Manager to lead client relationships and drive growth for our IT consulting services in Porto. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with a passion for technology trends, ensuring our customers receive top‑class service and innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, guaranteeing satisfaction and high‑quality service delivery.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, upselling and cross‑selling to existing accounts.
• Align project teams with market trends such as cloud, data and AI, and ensure the right consultants are placed on each project.
• Collaborate with internal HR, sales and delivery teams to prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Monitor project execution, resolve issues, mitigate risks and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Define and implement commercial strategies that support company objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Human Resources, Management or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar client‑facing or commercial role.
• Strong commercial mindset, result‑orientation and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, autonomy and leadership capability.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; French is a plus.
