Business Insights Analyst

About the role

Reachdesk is looking for a Business Insights Analyst to join its Business Systems & Operations team. This remote position bridges sales, customer success, marketing, finance and operations, turning data into actionable insights that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance and Operations to understand decision‑making needs.
• Extract and combine data from commercial, financial and operational systems to produce cross‑functional insights.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate synthesis, maintain consistent metric definitions, and automate insight workflows.
• Communicate the story behind the numbers to diverse audiences, tailoring narratives for CROs, CFOs and Operations heads.
• Create lightweight, repeatable insight outputs and summaries for ongoing self‑service analysis.
• Experiment with AI‑assisted prompts, evaluations and automations, sharing best practices across the team.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in an analyst, insights, strategy or consulting role with exposure to multiple business functions.
• Fluency in at least two areas: commercial (revenue, GTM), financial (P&L, unit economics) or operational (throughput, cycle time).
• AI‑native working style, regularly using large language models to augment analysis.
• Strong written and verbal storytelling ability, adaptable to senior leaders.
