About the role
Fresha is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new B2B partnerships for its AI‑powered operating system serving the beauty, wellness and self‑care sector. Based in Porto, you will focus on acquiring salons, spas and related businesses to use Fresha’s all‑in‑one platform.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets consistently by prospecting and closing new accounts.
- Contact key decision‑makers via phone, email and social channels, and attend in‑person meetings when required.
- Deliver product demos and present the value of Fresha’s SaaS, marketplace and payment solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signing.
- Conduct cost‑benefit and needs analyses to align solutions with partner objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Provide market trend feedback and document all interactions in the CRM.
- Respond to 100 % of qualified inbound leads promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, online marketplaces or payment platforms.
- Strong hunter mentality with a focus on relationship building.
- Highly organised, able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Curious and motivated to continuously develop professional skills.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages such as Spanish are a plus.

- No specific technical tools are mandated; success relies on sales and communication abilities.
