Workplace Engineer

About the role

Emagine is looking for a Workplace Engineer to join its fast‑paced project environment in Portugal. The role focuses on system administration and modern workplace technologies, supporting both Windows and macOS devices as well as mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support for workplace environments, including device management and system administration.
• Administer and maintain Windows 10/11 operating systems and support macOS environments.
• Manage mobile operating systems (Android and iOS) and deploy updates.
• Deploy and configure Windows using MDT.
• Manage cloud‑based workplace tools such as Microsoft 365 and AWS.
• Support and maintain Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Office).
• Work with endpoint management tools like Intune and JAMF.
• Troubleshoot incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain stable IT operations.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• Experience with macOS, Android, and iOS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services.
• Hands‑on experience with MDT for OS deployment.
• Familiarity with Intune and JAMF for endpoint management.
• Knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms.
