Workday Consultant - HCM

About the role

Accenture Technology is looking for a Workday Consultant in Lisbon to implement, configure and maintain Workday HCM modules for its clients. The role translates business requirements into functional and technical Workday solutions and provides support across the HCM suite.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure and maintain Workday HCM modules, aligned with HR and business processes
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical Workday solutions
• Provide functional and technical support across Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, Learning, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking and Absence
• Configure Workday business processes, security roles, domains and reporting frameworks
• Optimize HR workflows, dashboards and reports to improve efficiency and user experience
• Support Workday integrations, working with technical and integration teams when needed

Required profile

• Proven experience in Workday implementation and support
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
• Valid work permit or EU/Schengen nationality to work legally in Portugal
• Ability to work in international, multi-stakeholder environments
• Flexibility for occasional travel for key project deliveries and client meetings

Required skills

• Hands-on Workday configuration, security roles and reporting tools
• Solid understanding of Workday HCM architecture and business process framework
• Workday certification highly preferred
• Experience with Workday Payroll and/or Financials, and familiarity with cloud-based HR solutions and enterprise system integrations are a plus
