Platform Management Support Analyst

About the role

Hitachi Digital Services is hiring a Platform Management Support Analyst in Lisbon, reporting to the Service Manager based in Portugal. The role covers operational support and reporting for a key third-party platform supported by a client. It is a full-time position, Monday to Friday including Portuguese holidays (except Christmas and New Year), from 1pm to 10pm.

Key responsibilities

• User access provisioning and deprovisioning, access requests and role management
• License allocation, utilization monitoring, procurement and onboarding coordination, and managing quotes, purchase orders and invoices
• First-line support for business units, intake management and request tracking
• User onboarding and training sessions
• Executive reporting, platform usage dashboards and KPI tracking, compliance reporting and audit support
• Vendor relationship management, contract and renewal governance, invoice validation and billing reconciliation
• Risk management and audit readiness activities

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Service Management, application support or L1/L2 help desk support
• Experience identifying process improvements, driving platform optimization and supporting enterprise-wide adoption programs
• Experience supporting large user populations across multiple business units, including onboarding, training and adoption
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or IT Engineering
