About the role

Inetum is seeking an experienced Windows SysAdmin to design, implement, and maintain robust workplace environments. You will ensure endpoint stability, security, and continuous improvement across Windows and macOS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot complex Windows and macOS workplace environments.
• Design, deploy, and manage Endpoint Management solutions such as Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM.
• Automate operational tasks using advanced PowerShell scripting.
• Manage security and compliance policies, including Azure AD and GPO configurations.
• Provide L3 support, resolve complex incidents, and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Participate in workplace transformation and migration initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Guide L1 and L2 support teams and contribute to service improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in workplace/endpoint management environments.
• Proven L3 support experience in enterprise settings.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL processes.

• Windows and macOS operating systems.

• Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
