About the role
Content Guru is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its Workforce Management team in Porto. The role focuses on developing and enhancing algorithmic and mathematical components of its mission‑critical communications platform.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain applications with a strong emphasis on algorithmic and mathematical functionality using C#.
- Analyse existing algorithms, understand their parameters and use cases, and propose creative improvements.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment and documentation, and mentor less experienced engineers.
Required profile
- Strong commercial software development experience, especially with C#.
- Proven ability to solve complex algorithmic and mathematical problems.
- Excellent logical, analytical and problem‑solving skills, with clear communication abilities.

- TypeScript (advantageous)
