Windows Infrastructure Engineer – Level 3 Support

About the role

We are seeking a Windows Infrastructure Engineer (Level 3 Support) to join our international IT team in Lisbon. The role focuses on maintaining and evolving a critical Windows environment that serves multiple European entities, using automation and modern tooling.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for Windows infrastructure across several European locations.
• Maintain and operate Ansible Tower, Centrify, and Trellix solutions.
• Perform infrastructure patching and generate detailed maintenance reports.
• Monitor Active Directory integration with Linux systems via Centrify.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to stability, security, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional IT teams on projects and operational tasks.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Windows infrastructure administration and support.
• Solid understanding of networking, DNS, DHCP and security concepts.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
