Full-Stack JavaScript Developer (AI-Native)

About the role

UltaHost is looking for a highly skilled Full‑Stack JavaScript Developer (AI‑Native) to join our Engineering team. This role is ideal for an experienced software engineer who enjoys building modern web applications across the entire technology stack while leveraging AI‑assisted development workflows to deliver high‑quality software efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications using Node.js, NestJS, React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Build secure and maintainable REST APIs, authentication systems, and backend services.
• Design and maintain database schemas using Prisma ORM with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis where appropriate.
• Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar as part of your daily development workflow.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Docker‑based development environments, and deployment processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 4+ years of professional Full‑Stack JavaScript development experience.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Production experience with Node.js and NestJS.
• Strong experience with React and Next.js.
• Hands‑on experience with Prisma ORM, PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB/Redis.
• Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests using Jest, Vitest, Supertest, or similar frameworks.
• Daily experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex CLI, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, security, and modern engineering best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
