Wellbeing Senior Manager – Global Unlocking Potential

About the role

BCG is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Global Unlocking Potential (UP) Wellbeing programme. You will translate a bold wellbeing vision into concrete initiatives that support BCGers in a high‑performance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of global wellbeing initiatives and maintain a practical toolkit of resources.
• Convert strategic wellbeing priorities into actionable roadmaps with clear milestones, owners and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain quantitative and qualitative indicators to track impact and synthesize employee feedback for senior leadership.
• Partner with regional UP teams to ensure consistent execution while allowing local innovation.
• Build strong relationships with People and non‑People functions such as Benefits, Teaming, L&D, and Marketing & Communications.
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations and strategic communications for senior leaders and global forums.
• Leverage employee feedback, data analytics and external trends to inform the evolution of the wellbeing strategy.
• Support the Head of Global UP Wellbeing in inspiring and mobilising the organisation around the wellbeing ambition.

Required profile

• Senior‑manager level experience with a track record of delivering large‑scale programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to develop and interpret impact metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for senior‑level briefings and presentations.
• Ability to work across multiple geographies (e.g., London, Lisbon) and adapt programmes to local contexts.
