Web Platform Developer

About the role

Delnext, a technology company specialized in national and international transport, is looking for a Web Platform Developer to join its fast‑moving team in Cacém, Sintra. You will work closely with internal teams from the early project definition stage, turning business ideas into concrete development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain web solutions using PHP, MySQL and JavaScript.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation and provide regular progress reports.
• Improve software development practices, testing procedures, server infrastructure and version‑control workflows.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with PHP and MySQL.
• Strong learning ability, adaptability and a proactive, responsible attitude.
• Ability to understand business needs and convert them into technical solutions.
