Waiter/Waitress – CURA Restaurant

About the role

Four Seasons is seeking enthusiastic Waiters and Waitresses to join the CURA restaurant team in Lisbon. You will deliver attentive, personalized food and beverage service in a Michelin‑starred, fine‑dining environment, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized service to guests throughout their visit.
• Guide guests through the menu, recommend dishes, wines and cocktails, and answer questions.
• Set up and maintain tables, ensuring cleanliness and organization of service areas.
• Anticipate guest needs, coordinate special requests with the kitchen, and collaborate with stewarding, culinary and housekeeping teams.
• Operate tea/coffee equipment and maintain guest history records.
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols and assist with service in other hotel outlets, events, and in‑room dining.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in fine‑dining service (advantageous).
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Polite, courteous demeanor with a passion for guest interaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.

• Operating tea/coffee equipment.
