About the role

As a member of the front‑of‑house team, you will be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their dining experience from the moment they arrive. The role goes beyond taking orders; it involves reading the room, delivering attentive service, and contributing to a natural, confident atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, genuine, and attentive service throughout the guest’s visit.
• Maintain full knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and product details.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and teammates to ensure accurate order flow.
• Handle allergies and special requests with care and precision.
• Identify upselling opportunities in a natural, pressure‑free manner.
• Support the overall rhythm and energy of the dining space.
• Contribute to a strong team dynamic on the floor.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑player with a proactive attitude.
• Attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
• Calm under pressure and solution‑oriented.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
