Waiter – Front of House at Locke de Santa Joana

About the role

White Rabbit Projects is looking for a passionate and warm Waiter to join the front‑of‑house team at Locke de Santa Joana in Lisbon. You will be at the heart of the guest experience, delivering polished and memorable service in a vibrant, design‑forward venue.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional, personalised dining experience from greeting to farewell.
• Develop thorough knowledge of the food and drink menu, daily specials, allergens and beverage pairings.
• Anticipate guest needs, handle requests and resolve concerns with warmth and efficiency.
• Set up and maintain impeccable table and floor presentation before, during and after service.
• Collaborate closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth, well‑timed service.
• Support the wider front‑of‑house team, stepping in where needed.
• Handle bill payments and transactions accurately, maintaining full accountability.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic team environment.
