VIE - International Recruiter

About the role

Join Technology & Strategy’s growing HR team in Lisbon as an International Recruiter on a VIE contract. You will be the primary point of contact for hiring engineers, managing the full recruitment cycle and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for engineering positions, from sourcing to offer closure.
• Create and publish job ads on multiple job boards and professional networks.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to identify and engage suitable candidates.
• Conduct interviews, provide feedback, and guide candidates through each stage.
• Collaborate with the HR Manager and hiring managers to align hiring needs with business goals.

Required profile

• Graduate in Human Resources or a related field, with at least one successful recruitment experience.
• Proactive, curious, autonomous and results‑oriented.
• Native‑level French and bilingual English proficiency.
