About the role

We are seeking a creative Video Creator to produce high‑converting promotional videos for digital advertising campaigns across major platforms. The role is remote and supports a fast‑paced marketing team, turning ideas into compelling visual experiences that drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, edit, and optimize video content for paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.
• Transform raw footage into polished video ads that engage audiences and drive conversions.
• Create both short‑form and long‑form video assets tailored to specific marketing objectives and platform requirements.
• Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, music, visual effects and other creative elements as needed.
• Adapt video files to multiple formats, aspect ratios and channel specifications.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align videos with campaign goals and creative concepts.
• Revise and improve content based on feedback while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with video advertising trends, creative strategies and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating promotional and advertising videos, preferably for home services, e‑commerce or performance‑marketing campaigns.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful video projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
• Passion for storytelling, audience engagement and staying ahead of content trends.
