Video Content Analyst (Spanish-speaking)

About the role

A global company is hiring a Video Content Analyst in Lisbon to support its team on the world's largest video-sharing platform. The role reviews user reports on website content, flags non-compliant material and helps resolve inquiries against defined policies, while also reviewing sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter.

Key responsibilities

• Review user reports regarding website content
• Analyze and identify content that does not meet requirements and flag it for action in a timely manner
• Make balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries against defined policies and procedures
• Use market-specific knowledge to spot and scope solutions that improve support for the user community
• Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter

Required profile

• Fluency in Spanish (at least C2 level, ideally native)
• B2 level of English
• Availability to work in shifts and on weekends
• Based near the Greater Lisbon area
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Quick learner who adapts to new processes, concepts and skills
• Neutral mindset towards alternative video content that needs classification
