Video Content Analyst (Spanish-speaking) – 24/7 Shifts

About the role

A leading professional services company, represented by Cross Border Talents, is looking for a Video Content Analyst to review and classify video content on its platform. The role is based at the client premises in Oeiras, near Lisbon, and requires 24/7 availability across three shifts, seven days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Review user reports regarding website content.
• Analyze and identify content that does not comply with requirements and flag it for action in a timely manner.
• Make balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries according to defined policies and procedures.
• Use market-specific knowledge to spot and scope solutions that improve support for the user community.
• Review sensitive content, which can involve graphic or disturbing subject matter.

Required profile

• Czech fluency (at least C1 level, ideally native).
• B2 level of English.
• Portuguese residence permit or EU citizenship.
• Availability to work in 3 shifts, 7 days a week (24/7 availability).
• Neutral mindset towards alternative video content that needs classification.
