Customer Support Agent (Russian Native + English)

About the role

A global leader and one of the largest companies in Portugal, recognised repeatedly as an employer of choice, is looking for a customer support agent in Lisbon. The agent supports the company's activities by offering high-quality service to its customers, who include prestigious worldwide brands.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries.
• Provide support and guidance to customers and resolve service issues in a timely and empathetic way.
• Keep accurate records of enquiries, questions and feedback in the customer service database.
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training.
• Offer recommendations for common problems and frequently asked questions.

Required profile

• Fluency in Russian (C2 level or native).
• Good knowledge of English (B2/C1 level).
• Typing speed of 25 words per minute.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Previous experience or contact with clients is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills.
• Good time management, team spirit and flexibility.
