Video Content Analyst (Czech-speaking)

About the role

A leading professional services company, represented by Cross Border Talents, is looking for a Video Content Analyst in Oeiras, near Lisbon. The role reviews user reports on website content and flags non-compliant material, working 24/7 in three shifts. Candidates must hold a Portuguese residence permit or be an EU citizen.

Key responsibilities

• Review user reports regarding website content
• Analyze and identify content that does not meet requirements and flag it for action in a timely manner
• Make balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries against defined policies and procedures
• Use market-specific knowledge to spot and scope solutions that improve support for the user community
• Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter

Required profile

• Czech fluency at least at C1 level, ideally native
• B2 English
• Availability to work in 3 shifts, 7 days a week (24/7)
• Portuguese residence permit or EU citizenship

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Quick learner, adaptable to new processes, concepts and skills
• Strong organization and time management, with strong attention to detail
• Neutral mindset towards alternative video content that needs classification
