Utilities & Facilities Engineer – Electrical Focus

About the role

You will lead the safety, compliance and performance of all electrical systems at Haleon's Guayama site, supporting production targets and cost efficiencies while meeting statutory and corporate HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert services in electrical power, instrumentation and control across the site.
• Manage minor works projects focused on safety, efficiency and cost savings.
• Lead site electrical compliance programmes and contribute to global electrical initiatives.
• Oversee the utilities electrical maintenance programme and lifecycle investment strategy.
• Select and manage contractors and suppliers to ensure alignment with Haleon standards.
• Develop and deliver training on electrical engineering topics for site personnel.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a site electrical engineer or technical authority.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power, instrumentation and control systems.
• Familiarity with GMP, health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
