Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve production equipment and utilities at our Guayama facility. The role ensures safe, reliable, and compliant operation while supporting continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Repair and upgrade production equipment and utilities to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, quality, and safety requirements.
• Support continuous‑improvement projects and document maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Technical degree or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Maintenance or a related field.
• Experience maintaining manufacturing equipment, preferably in pharmaceutical, medical‑device or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ability to read technical manuals, drawings and schematics.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in English and the local language.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel for work.
