Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping production equipment and utilities operating safely, reliably, and in compliance with GMP, quality, and safety standards. You will perform both preventive and corrective maintenance while supporting continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce equipment downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve production equipment and utilities.
• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Support continuous‑improvement projects aimed at minimizing downtime.
• Ensure all work complies with GMP, quality, and safety requirements.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.

Required profile

• Technical degree or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• Experience maintaining manufacturing equipment, preferably in pharmaceutical, medical‑device, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Understanding of GMP and safety regulations.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in English plus the local language.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel for work.
