Turkish Customer Support Agent – Lisbon

About the role

A global leader and one of the biggest companies in Portugal, represented by its client, is looking for a Turkish-speaking Customer Support Agent in Lisbon. You will support the company's activities by offering high-quality service to its customers, who include prestigious worldwide brands.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries, giving support and direction and resolving issues in a timely and empathetic way.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, questions and feedback in the customer service database.
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training.
• Offer recommendations for common problems and frequently asked questions.

Required profile

• Fluent Turkish (native speaker).
• Work permit in Portugal and EU citizenship.
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level).
• Typing speed of 25 words per minute.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Previous experience or contact with clients is an advantage.
