Treasury Specialist

About the role

The Treasury Specialist will manage daily cash flows, ensure financing reliability, and support financial risk mitigation for the organization. You will work closely with Group Treasury and internal stakeholders to optimize cash positions and contribute to financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash inflows and outflows, maintaining accurate cash position.
• Prepare short‑ and medium‑term cash flow forecasts and optimize treasury processes.
• Identify, mitigate, and hedge financial risks in collaboration with Group Treasury.
• Participate in fraud detection and prevention activities.
• Maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support local and group‑level treasury projects.
• Assist in monthly and annual closing, validating bank, financing, and interest accounts, and performing intercompany reconciliations.
• Analyze financial results and propose optimization action plans.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Economics.
• 2‑3 years of treasury experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Autonomous, result‑oriented, and high integrity.
• Team player with interest in automation and digitalisation.

Required skills

• Experience with treasury management systems.
• Knowledge of treasury practices, risk management, IFRS, and local GAAP.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
